The interior of the spacious and sunny shopping center Oliiv was designed by architect Maarja Valk-Falk. The layout of goods and wellbeing of clients was in the center of attention during the planning. The interior and exterior of the building have been successfully designed by a team working between all the concerned parties, also considering remarks and suggestions from the potential clients and tenants. Olive alley consisting of 140 trees will harmonize the result, see-trough escalators and elevators will add drama together with a number of advertising spots and possibilities to arrange indoor and outdoor exhibitions and events. Satisfaction for customers and clients has been coded deep into the Oliiv center.
